I ordered a gift online for a family member this Christmas. They ended up sending me the wrong item, but when I reached out, the support was amazing. They’re shipping the right one with next day delivery, so it should arrive just in time for the holiday. Errors can occur, but they handled it really well, and that deserves a shoutout. I looked up Trustpilot before placing my order with Seasons since they had the best price around, so I figured I’d share my thoughts to back up their 5 Star rating. The product arrived quickly - I was kept in the loop and got a 1 hour delivery window from DPD. Definitely gonna use them again!

I got 2 replacement plates since the old ones were cracked and broken, plus I picked out 2 nice new colors. Unfortunately, 2 of the plates showed up damaged, but after sending a quick email, they shipped out replacements the very next day. Awesome service and the plates are great!

This was my first time ordering from Season, and I can say for sure that I’d recommend them! When I called for some product advice before buying, I got some really helpful personal service. After I placed my order, which I needed for a gift the next day, the shop and warehouse teams really went above and beyond to get my item sent out for next day delivery, even though I had just missed the cutoff. The item showed up right on time, just like it was described online and over the phone, and it was packed really well and in perfect shape. I’m super happy with both my purchase and the service I got. I wouldn’t think twice about ordering from Season again and would definitely tell others to check them out.

I had seen the positive feedback before, but honestly, I didn’t think it would apply to me. I knew exactly what I wanted and assumed it would just be a simple purchase, no big deal. I'm still really pleased with my Netherton Foundry pan, but I had a tiny issue since it was a bit warped. I was surprised by how quickly Season got back to me, and they even followed up with Netherton directly. I gotta say, Netherton’s reply was not just super clear, it was also hilarious and totally brightened my day. Big thanks for the awesome service from both ends!

Great variety and reasonable prices, but what really stood out for me was the customer support. I ordered a product that was still in its packaging, but I couldn’t use it after a kitchen remodel. They generously offered to swap it for another item, even though it had been months since my purchase. It arrived the next day, and they kept me updated through email. Unfortunately, I had never come across Season Cookshop until I searched online for a Le Creuset tarte tatin dish and this store showed up. I was really impressed, after checking out their site, by the extensive selection of home goods they have. The cost for this dish was fantastic, and with free shipping, I quickly placed my order, which arrived the very next morning!! I picked up some gorgeous dinner plates and bowls from the Rose and Tulipani collection at Seasons. The colors are stunning, and the quality is top-notch for the price. I'm really happy with my purchase. The staff at Seasons were incredibly helpful, super friendly, and provided efficient customer service. I’m definitely gonna recommend Seasons as a place I’ll return to without a doubt.

We got ourselves a Robert Welch cutlery set from Season as a substitute wedding present, after waiting 12 weeks from another supplier (a popular wedding gift list site). The item was on pre-order, but we placed our order on Tuesday and it showed up on Saturday. I couldn't be more impressed! Definitely recommend this site.
